Warehouse Keeper - technical position (m/f)

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure that materials are available for operational needs;
  • Maintain optimum level of inventory;
  • Receiving and inspection process in accordance with the Quality Assurance Measures;
  • Manage and direct the material handling, tagging and stocking according to pre-locator controlled system;
  • Manage and monitor the documentation process;
  • Reviews, verifies regarding the movement of inventory items;
  • Annual stock taking;
  • Proper locating and retrieving all Rejected material as well as Damage & Overage;
  • Implements approved housekeeping procedures and safety programs;
  • Getting material inspected from concern department;
  • Responsible for the maintenance and storekeeping of all inventory items kept in the warehouse;
  • To be permanently from Monday to Friday on site and in exceptional cases during the weekend;
  • To keep the warehouse for the project for incoming and outgoing materials related to the needs;
  • To do protocols for incoming and outgoing articles or parts;
  • To align the activities for delivery just in time with the Construction Management on site. This includes also the trucks and cranes necessary to be on site for lifting;
  • Good knowledge of English is a must (at least Medium level, comprehension, speaking, writing);
  • Experience with EPCC will be an advantage.
Your Profile
  • Administrative and technical background would be a plus;

  • Proactive, eager to learn, stable past job positions;
  • Car and driving license (B category).
