Our client, an EPCM – Contractor for a large Gas Processing Plant Project in South East Europe is looking for a “Construction Manager (m/f) with experience in offshore projects” with the following assets:

• Check detail Engineering which is Ready For Construction status - of the project scope
• Right hand of project manager responsible for the construction site OFFSHORE
• Checking interphases on site with clients and other discipline responsibilities
• Check with delivery companies for vessels, steel structures, compressors, pumps and tanks
• Document management (confirmation and RFC – construction form)
• Organization and monitoring of the construction companies and material deliveries
• Managing and Supervision of all construction and installation work
• Managing and super visioning all discipline supervisors for steel structures, piping, cabling, electric
• Responsible for "document check"
• Clarification of client’s requests and norms and standards issues
• Lead of construction work on site
• Supervision on site
• Interphase check

• Completed higher technical school (Bachelor/degree/diploma)
• More than 10 years’ experience in Construction and projects in the oil & gas industry/Offshore
• International Offshore project experience of minimum 4 years mandatory - BOSIET and Offshore trainings
• Knowledge of HSEQ Standards and Norms, rules and Standards of Offshore projects
• Engineering & Site experience in oil & gas projects
• Systematic, goal-oriented and strong in negotiation
• Ready for intensive travelling
• Fluent English & Romanian language skills are mandatory
• Experience in brownfield projects
• Local affiliation (Romanian) is an asset
