Our client, an EPC – Contractor for a large Gas Processing Plant Project in South East Europe is looking for a “Procurement/Expediting Manager (m/f) with experience in offshore projects” with the following assets:

• Right Hand of the project manager responsible for procurement/expediting
• Sending and managing of requests for components and services
• Verification and monitoring of offers and bids
• Preparation of POs and contracts
• Preparation/Completion of expediting plans
• Permanent expediting activities
• Monitoring of the production processes
• Verification of suppliers’ work during the production of the project facilities
• Mile-Stone-Check and Quality check local on site/Workshop/or via telecommunication
• Preparation of suitable strategies in case of delays and quality problems
• Permanent monitoring and reporting
• Correspondence with the Project Manager, Customers, Suppliers and Clients

Anforderungen

• Completed higher technical school (Bachelor/degree/diploma)
• More than 10 years experience in Procurement and Expediting with projects in the oil & gas industry
• International Offshore project experience of minimum 4 years mandatory
• Engineering & Site experience in oil & gas projects  - also OFFSHORE
• Systematic, goal-oriented and strong in negotiation
• Ready for intensive travelling
• Fluent English & Romanian language skills are mandatory
• Knowledge of rules, norms and standards of rotating equipment
• Experience in brownfield projects
• Local affiliation (Romanian) is an asset
