Tips on how to prepare yourself for your presentation
Who is going to present in front of a large audience, can prepare himself or herself for the speech in advance to guarantee a successful presentation.
What are the conditions for success?
1. BE PREPARED
A well-structured template as an outline (do not overload it) gives peace of mind. Prepare a well manageable manuscript. Work with markers to visualize the main points, which help you in your speech.
Additionally, you can use small cards as presenters do. Find out what the main points are and what the audience should know after your presentation.
2. BE ON TIME
Take enough time to tune into your presentation and coordinate the room before the guests arrive. (Do not eat too much before your presentation.) Take a sip of water, take a deep breath, shift your body weight on two feet, so that you have a stable stance and welcome your audience. Be present!
3. START YOUR PRESENTATION
You need a controlled behavior to perform professionally in front of a group and to bring your own message across to the addressees.
Communicate clearly, slow and with a chosen word choice. Begin your presentation accentuated and slow. Make short breaks between sentences so the audience can reflect on what has been said.
4. SELF-CONFIDENCE THROUGH EXERCISE

Good luck for your next presentation!
